One stock system for every vehicle you sell
Vehicle Hub is where your stock lives. You create every vehicle once - with a guided assistant or by import - and from there it goes to your website, your exposés and your price labels.
- Only what you sell. Pick your vehicle types - cars, vans, motorbikes, quads, e-bikes, motorhomes, caravans, trucks, trailers, machines, boats or snowmobiles - and the assistant asks exactly for the data each type needs.
- Photos that sell. Drag in up to 30 photos per vehicle, 50 in Business. The first one is the cover, and the free Watermark extension adds your logo to every photo you publish.
- One branch or many. Every plan includes one location with its own stock, address and marketplace accounts. Multi Branch adds more.

A calendar with your opening hours and salespeople shows the free times. Customers get a confirmation with a calendar file and can move or cancel it.
Bring your stock in once - or keep your system in charge
Most dealers already keep their vehicles somewhere. Vehicle Hub works with that, per branch:
- Manage in KIMISUITE. Copy your vehicles in one go from mobile.de, Carix, CXO, Carzilla or a CSV/XML file, and from then on you create and edit them here.
- Mirror your system. Your marketplace account or dealer system stays the master. Vehicle Hub mirrors its stock on a schedule and brings it to your website.
Each branch uses its own access data, stored encrypted and never shown again. When a source suddenly delivers far fewer vehicles than usual, nothing goes offline until you confirm it, and vehicles over your plan limit arrive offline instead of being lost.
Mandatory details where the law wants them
Selling a car in Germany means consumption and CO2 values and an energy label in every advert. Vehicle Hub builds that into the work you do anyway:
- Every value explained. The energy step shows exactly the boxes for the drive of the vehicle, each with a note on which WLTP value belongs there.
- Checked when you publish. Vehicle Hub checks the vehicle against the rules of your market and names the value that is missing.
- Complete or not at all. The PKW label for your showroom and the exposé are only created when the mandatory information is complete.
- The total price. Enter transfer costs once and your website shows the total price the buyer pays.
On your website, every vehicle page shows the energy details of the vehicle.
