How much can I earn?
There is no cap. For each business you refer you earn 30% of what they pay in their first three months, then 10% of their entire KIMISUITE spend for as long as they stay. Here is the key part: because KIMISUITE is an ecosystem, that number grows on its own. Say a client starts with Booking Hub at €99/mo — your first three months pay ~€30/mo, then ~€10/mo. If they later add Task Hub (€25/mo) and CRM Business Hub, their account might reach €174/mo — and your 10% is now ~€17/mo, on the same client, with zero extra work. Once you have 51+ paying clients, your lifetime rate rises to 15% across all of them.
Do I earn on new apps my client adds later?
Yes — that is the whole point. Your commission is calculated on the client's entire account every billing cycle, never frozen at their first purchase. Every app they add — and we ship 2–3 new ones every month — increases the amount your percentage is paid on. Their account grows, your commission grows with it.
How long is a referral tracked after they click my link?
60 days. If someone clicks your affiliate link and signs up within 60 days, they are permanently attributed to you — even if they leave and come back later.
How long do I earn commission on each customer?
For as long as they stay subscribed to KIMISUITE. Their first three months pay 30%; every month after pays your lifetime rate — 10%, or 15% once you pass 51 active paying clients — on their full account spend. No 12-month cap, no drop-off.
What is the 15% tier?
Once you have 51 or more paying referred clients active at the same time, your lifetime commission rate increases from 10% to 15% — and it applies across your whole client base, not just new referrals from that point on. It is our way of rewarding the partners who bring real volume.
When and how do I get paid?
Weekly, cumulative, via Stripe Connect. Once a referral's payment has cleared and passed the refund window, the commission moves into your payable balance and gets sent to your Stripe account in the next weekly payout run.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
No. Every eligible commission is paid out at the next weekly run — no minimum threshold to reach first.
What happens if a referred customer asks for a refund?
If the customer is refunded, the commission paid on that subscription is clawed back from your next payout. This keeps the program fair and prevents abuse. All refund-related adjustments are shown transparently in your dashboard.
Can I refer myself or my own business?
No. Self-referrals and referrals to any accounts you directly control are not eligible. This is a standard rule that keeps the program clean — commissions on self-purchases are automatically nullified.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes. You get access to email templates, banner sets, social post templates and product screenshots — all on-brand and ready to use. You can request custom assets by writing to your partnerships lead.
Can I use paid ads to promote my link?
You can, but you cannot bid on KIMISUITE trademarks or run negative-framed campaigns (e.g. "KIMISUITE scam"). Full rules are in the Affiliate Terms below — please read them before running paid campaigns.
Is the program available worldwide?
Yes. As long as you can receive payouts to a Stripe-supported country and comply with your local tax requirements (VAT for EU affiliates, invoicing rules for other jurisdictions), you can join.
The rules — plain and fair.
By joining the KIMISUITE affiliate program you agree to the following. Breach of any of these rules ends the program and forfeits any unpaid commissions.
1. Who we are
KIMISUITE Ltd. ("we", "us"). Legal identity and registered address as stated in our Site Notice. To contact us about the affiliate program, email [email protected].
2. Email lists must be your own
You are not permitted to conduct email promotions via any third-party list. All email contacts you promote to must be your own opted-in subscribers. No purchased solo ads, no safelists, no unsolicited email — anything of that nature ends the partnership immediately.
3. No negative or misleading campaigns
You must not run negative-framed campaigns such as "KIMISUITE scam", "KIMISUITE lies", or anything designed to attract controversial clicks that would portray the KIMISUITE brand negatively.
4. No bidding on KIMISUITE trademarks
You must not bid on paid-search or paid-social keywords that include the KIMISUITE brand name or misspellings, in a way that could confuse a user about who is running the ad. Doing so terminates your program access instantly.
5. No self-referrals
You cannot earn commission on your own purchases or on accounts you directly control. Any such commission may be nullified or held back at our discretion.
6. One affiliate account per person or business
You may hold only one KIMISUITE affiliate account. Creating or operating multiple affiliate accounts — under different names, emails, or businesses — to gain additional referrals, self-refer, split referrals, or otherwise circumvent these rules is prohibited. Doing so results in immediate termination of all your accounts and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
7. iFrames, review sites and cloaked domains
Review sites, comparison pages and cloaked domains are permitted — as long as the URL and content do not contain offensive or negative framing (e.g. "scam", "exposed", "the truth about").
8. Payouts via Stripe Connect
Commissions are paid to the Stripe Connect account you configure in your affiliate dashboard. Payouts run weekly on a cumulative basis: every commission that has passed the customer refund window becomes payable and is sent in the next weekly run. There is no minimum payout threshold. Refunded subscriptions trigger a clawback of the corresponding commission from your next payout.
9. Commission structure
You earn 30% commission on all payments a referred customer makes to KIMISUITE during their first three months, and 10% on all their payments thereafter, for as long as they remain subscribed. Commission is calculated on the customer's entire account each billing cycle — including any additional apps or plans they add over time — and is never frozen at the first purchase. Once you have 51 or more simultaneously-active paying referred customers, your post-introductory rate increases to 15% across all of them. Referrals are tracked with a 60-day cookie window from first click.
10. Represent the product accurately
KIMISUITE is a real product with real capabilities and real limitations. Please represent it accurately in your promotions — no exaggerated claims, no invented features, no fake testimonials. Anything that would violate FTC or EU consumer-protection guidelines will result in immediate program termination.
11. Use of KIMISUITE brand assets
You may only use KIMISUITE logos, brand colours and marketing assets that we explicitly provide via your affiliate dashboard or on request from the partnerships team. Do not create your own KIMISUITE-branded materials, and do not set up websites, social pages or ad accounts that imply an official KIMISUITE presence without our written approval.
12. Video content
Do not download videos (product walkthroughs, training, marketing) from the KIMISUITE YouTube channel and re-upload them to your own channel or other platforms. Please share directly from our channel instead.
13. Disclose the affiliate relationship
It must be clearly obvious to your audience that your recommendation is an affiliate offer. It is prohibited to copy the design of the KIMISUITE sales page or make your affiliate content appear to be an official KIMISUITE page.
