How it works

1. Design the template. Pick a signature layout, drop in the company logo, set the brand colors, fonts and structure. Choose which fields are required (name, title, phone) and which are optional (social links, disclaimers, campaign banners).
2. Add your team. Each team member is either added manually or pulled in from CRM Hub or Team Showcase. Their details fill the template automatically.
3. Deploy. Each person gets a personalized signature they can copy into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird with a one-click installer. Or admins can push signatures centrally via Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace integration.
4. Update once. Change the logo, the campaign banner or the legal footer in one place — every team member's signature is automatically refreshed.

Email Signature is not an isolated tool — it lives inside your KIMISUITE workspace and pulls live data from the rest of the platform.

Names and titles come from CRM Hub or Team Showcase, so a new colleague's signature is ready the moment HR adds them.

Campaign banners can be tied to a promotion you are already running in another KIMISUITE app — a hotel offer in Booking Hub, a service campaign in Service Manager, a new vehicle in Vehicle Hub.

Multi-language and multi-brand rules are inherited from the workspace — if you run a brand in DE and another in AT, signatures route automatically based on the sender's assignment.
