Do my guests need an account or an app?

No. They open the link in their browser, type their name and join - on the computer or on the phone. Apps for Windows and Android are there for those who prefer them.

How many people can join a meeting?

Up to 25 on Starter and up to 50 on Pro and Enterprise. On Starter a meeting runs up to 120 minutes and three meetings can run at the same time; Pro allows five and Enterprise ten, both without a time limit.

Which plan includes the AI summary?

Live captions and the transcript are in every plan. Caption translation, the AI summary and breakout rooms come with Pro and Enterprise.

Where are recordings stored?

On your computer. The browser saves the video when you stop, and nothing is uploaded. Everyone in the call sees a red notice while it records.

Are the meetings secure?

Every meeting is encrypted, on every plan. You decide who gets in with the waiting room, a password or invitation only, and you can lock the meeting or remove someone at any time.

Which languages are there?

Guests choose from 16 languages in the lobby, Arabic included. On Pro and Enterprise, captions can be translated into 16 languages for each participant.

Can my whole team host meetings?

Yes. Members of your workspace host and join under their own name, and the roles decide who may manage other people's meetings and the settings.

Nobody has to take minutes

Turn on captions and the spoken words appear under the stage, with the name of the person speaking - each person's own words, and nothing from anyone who is muted. On Pro and Enterprise every participant can read them translated into one of 16 languages.

When the meeting ends, download the transcript and the chat. On Pro and Enterprise an AI summary follows - what was discussed, the action items and the key decisions - in the meeting history and by e-mail to the host.

You stay in charge of the room

One host menu mutes everyone, stops all screen shares, turns captions on or off, starts the recording or locks the meeting. In the participants list you mute or remove a single person.

Every meeting is encrypted, on every plan, with no switch to forget. Set the rules once for the workspace - who may join, external guests, chat, reactions, recording, waiting room - and every new meeting follows them.
