How Meeting Hub plugs into KIMISUITE

Meeting Hub installs into your KIMISUITE workspace like any other KIMISUITE app — one bill, one identity, one place to manage permissions. Your team signs in once at kimisuite.com and the meeting room opens directly; guests join via link without an account.

Workspace-wide defaults (default language, join rules, default mic/cam state, recording, captions, summary email) are configured once in Settings and applied to every new meeting. Past meetings stay in the workspace history with their summary, chat transcript and ability to restart.

Everything you need in one place

HD video, no install

Modern SFU architecture handles stable multi-party calls in the browser. Active speaker highlights automatically. Switch cam/mic devices from the arrow menu mid-call.

Four layout modes

Auto, Tile, Spotlight or Sidebar — switch anytime. Auto prioritises active speakers; large meetings collapse extras into a "+N" tile.

Screen sharing + chat

One-click screen share, real-time chat with audible new-message hint, emoji reactions, hand-raise to signal a question.

Timer & polls

Run countdown timers with presets or custom time for pauses and time-boxing. Run live polls in-meeting (Google-Meet style) for decisions.

Live AI captions

Real-time subtitles in 14 languages during the meeting. Helps remote teams, multilingual calls, and accessibility.

AI meeting summary

AI that takes the notes for you

Two AI features are baked into every Meeting Hub call:

Live captions. Real-time subtitles in 14 languages, useful for remote teams, multilingual stakeholders and accessibility. Turn on with one click; visible to every participant who wants them.

Automatic meeting summary. After every meeting, an AI summary is generated with the key discussion points, decisions made and action items assigned. Available in your workspace history, optionally emailed to participants, and exportable along with the full chat transcript.

Both features draw on the workspace's AI credit pool. When the pool is empty, AI pauses with a clear message — the meeting itself keeps working.

Security, host controls and access rules

The host controls the room. Choose the join rule that fits the situation:

  • Anyone with link — public meetings, partner calls, marketing webinars.
  • Knock-to-join — host approves each participant.
  • Invited only — strict access, only invited emails get in.

On top of that:

  • Password protection — optional shared secret to join.
  • Waiting room — host lets participants in one by one.
  • Lock room — after the start, no more joins.
  • Guest access — externals join via link without a KIMISUITE account.
  • Host moderation — mute one or all, remove a participant, see who has hand-raised.

Workspace defaults are set once and apply to every new meeting — no surprises, no manual hardening per call.

Meeting Hub isn't a separate vendor relationship. It sits inside your KIMISUITE workspace:

  • One login, one workspace — no separate Meeting Hub signup.
