Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the KIMISUITE Terms and Conditions.

It explains how free trials, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds are handled for all KIMISUITE Services.


2. Free Trial

KIMISUITE may offer a fourteen (14) day free trial for selected applications or subscription plans.

A valid payment method may be required to activate the free trial.

During the trial period:

  • all applicable trial features remain available;
  • no subscription fees are charged before the trial expires;
  • the trial may be cancelled at any time.

If the trial is cancelled before its expiration, no subscription fees will be charged.

Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, the selected subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged using the selected payment method.


3. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance.

Depending on the selected plan, subscriptions may be billed:

  • monthly; or
  • annually.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.


4. Cancelling a Subscription

Customers may cancel an active subscription at any time through:

  • the KIMISUITE billing settings;
  • the Stripe Customer Portal, where available; or
  • other cancellation methods provided by KIMISUITE.

Cancellation prevents future renewals.

Cancellation does not terminate the current paid billing period.

Customers retain access to the subscribed applications until the end of the current billing period.


5. Effect of Cancellation

Once the current paid billing period expires:

  • the cancelled paid applications become unavailable;
  • associated premium features are disabled;
  • free applications, where applicable, may remain available;
  • Customer Data associated with the cancelled subscription will be handled in accordance with the KIMISUITE Terms and Privacy Policy.

If the subscription is cancelled due to failed payment, Customer Data associated with the affected paid applications will be archived for thirty (30) days before permanent deletion unless the subscription is reactivated.


6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • partial subscription periods;
  • unused Services;
  • unused applications;
  • failure to use purchased subscriptions;
  • cancellation during an active billing period.

No refunds are provided solely because the Customer no longer wishes to use the Services.


7. Exceptions

KIMISUITE may, at its sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances.

Examples may include:

  • duplicate payments;
  • accidental double billing;
  • technical failures caused by KIMISUITE that prevented access to the purchased Service;
  • incorrect billing caused by a system error;
  • other circumstances where KIMISUITE determines that a refund is appropriate.

The granting of a refund in one case does not create any obligation to provide refunds in future cases.


8. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be collected, Stripe may automatically retry the payment using its configured retry schedule.

If payment ultimately fails:

  • the affected subscription may be cancelled;
  • access to the affected paid applications may be suspended;
  • Customer Data will be retained for thirty (30) days in accordance with the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Customers may restore access by successfully reactivating the subscription within the applicable retention period.


9. Chargebacks

Customers should contact KIMISUITE before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • temporary suspension of Services;
  • permanent account restrictions;
  • recovery of outstanding fees;
  • termination of subscriptions.

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.


10. Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or governmental charges applicable to their purchase, except for taxes imposed on KIMISUITE's income.


11. Changes to this Policy

KIMISUITE may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the KIMISUITE platform or by email where appropriate.

The latest version will always be published on the KIMISUITE website.
