How a workspace works

One workspace holds your team, your apps and your data. What you pay depends on the apps you switch on — not on how many people use them.

  1. Create the workspace

    Sign up once. The workspace itself costs nothing and stays free, even if you never subscribe to a single app.

  2. Invite your team

    Send invitations by e-mail. Everyone gets their own login and their own permissions. Ten members are included from your first app subscription.

  3. Switch on the apps you need

    Each app is billed per month and per workspace. Switch one off and it stops billing at the end of the period — no notice, no minimum term.

Three people or nine — the same invoice.

Seat-based tools charge you for every new colleague. Here the price stays put while the team grows: ten members are included, each with their own login and their own permissions. Past ten you extend the workspace to 20 for €11.90/mo.
