Boards, lists and cards — for the way your team actually works
Task Hub gives every team in your workspace a clean kanban board, with assignees, due dates, automation and direct links to your CRM, bookings and invoices.
A familiar kanban — connected to the rest of your business
What Task Hub does
You organize work on boards (one per project, team or domain). Each board is a stack of lists (columns) that represent the stages of your workflow — To do → Doing → Done, Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Won, whatever fits. Each list holds cards for individual tasks.
Drag a card between lists as work progresses. Open a card to add a description, due date, assignees, labels, a checklist, attachments and comments. Set up automation rules for the small repetitive moves (notify the assignee when a card is overdue, post a comment when a deal is won, move the card automatically when a CRM lead changes status).
Where Task Hub fits in KIMISUITE
Because Task Hub lives inside your workspace, a card can link directly to:
- A CRM lead — "this task is to follow up with John from Acme Corp"
- A Booking Hub reservation — "prepare welcome basket for booking #4521"
- A Contact — "call Sarah back next Tuesday"
- A Vehicle in Vehicle Hub — "photograph the BMW 3-series before listing"
When the source record changes — a lead is won, a reservation is confirmed, a payment is received — Task Hub can move, label or notify automatically. One workspace, one customer record, one place where work happens.
Built around the way teams actually work
Lists and cards with drag-and-drop. Personal boards for solo work, team boards for everything else.
Descriptions, due dates, assignees, labels, checklists, attachments, comments and @mentions.
Color labels per board and a filter panel for "my open work", "this week", "blockers only" and any other slice.
Per-board fields: number, date, select, user, URL. Mark fields to show on the card face for a fast scan. (Pro)
Gantt-style timeline view with SVG arrows for blockers. Cycle detection rejects impossible relationships. (Pro)
Link any card to a CRM lead, Booking Hub reservation, contact or vehicle. Clicks open the source record. (Pro)
When-this → do-that. Triggers from card events and from cross-app events (lead won, reservation confirmed). (Pro)
A button inside each card that reads context and proposes one-click moves. You stay in control. (Enterprise)
Paste meeting notes or an email thread. The AI proposes cards with title, list and labels. You confirm. (Enterprise)
Cards that know about the rest of your workspace
Most kanban tools sit on an island. Task Hub doesn't.
A card can hold a cross-app link — a typed reference to a record in another KIMISUITE app. Open the chip and you jump to the live CRM lead, the live Booking Hub reservation, the live contact or the live vehicle in another tab.
More importantly, automation rules can listen to those source records. Examples we see often:
- A CRM lead's status changes to Won → the matching card moves to Done on the Sales board.
- A Booking Hub reservation becomes Confirmed → a Prepare welcome basket card is auto-created in the Operations board, due 24 hours before arrival.
- A payment is received on a linked invoice → a Send thank-you note card is added with a 7-day due date.
None of this needs a third-party automation tool. It's KIMISUITE talking to KIMISUITE.
AI that helps — and waits for your click
Two AI features live inside Task Hub (Enterprise plan):
Suggest next action. Open any card, click Suggest next action in the AI panel. The model reads the card's description, comments, dates, assignees, attachments and linked records, then proposes one-click actions: Move to list X, Add label Y, Set due date Z, Add checklist item …. Nothing happens until you click an action — the model never writes to your board on its own.
Brain Dump → Cards. Click the ✨ sparkle in the board header. Paste meeting notes, an email thread, a long list of follow-ups. The model proposes a structured list of cards — title, target list, suggested labels — for you to review. Deselect anything you don't want, edit titles, then click Create N cards. The kept cards land in their lists.
Both features charge the workspace's AI credit pool on each call. When the pool is empty, the feature pauses with a clear message — the board itself is unaffected.
