The Booking Hub works in room types rather than individual rooms. A type holds an unlimited number of rooms, so a property with a hundred identical doubles maintains one type, not a hundred records.
Rates are edited straight in the grid, per type and per date, with five pricing models to choose between — including seasonal ranges with their own prices.
Rate Management
Prices edited straight in the grid
Prices per room type and date, changed where you see them rather than in a separate settings screen.
Meal Plans & Extras
Included in the rate, or charged per person
Meal plans are either part of the room rate or optional and charged per person per day. Both appear correctly on the bill.
Child Pricing
Age categories you define yourself
Age categories the property defines, each with its own rules for the room, the bed and the meal plan — because a five-year-old and a fifteen-year-old are not the same booking.
In-House Products & Services
Minibar, laundry, room service
Defined once, then added to any reservation with a quantity and a price. They appear on the bill as separate lines from the stay.
Seasonal rates
Date ranges with their own prices
One of the five pricing models: date ranges carrying their own prices, with a regular price underneath for everything outside them.
