About this tool
A few percent per ticket sounds small. Across a whole event it adds up quickly, and it is money that never reaches your account. This calculator shows you the fees for your event in one table: per ticket, for the whole event, as a share of your ticket sales and what is left for you.
Every rate comes from the provider's own pricing or help page. You see the source and the date we read it right under the table. Pick your currency and you only see providers that publish a rate for it: Eventbrite in the US, the UK, Ireland and Germany, pretix Hosted and Tito in euros.
Some providers include card payments in their fee. Others charge their fee and you pay your payment provider on top. For those, the calculator uses the standard Stripe card rate for your market. You can change it under the assumptions, together with the tickets per order and the VAT in your ticket price.
Try it with your own numbers, for example 100 guests at 120 EUR for a New Year's Eve gala. With Event Ticket Hub there is no ticket fee from KIMISUITE: you pay your payment provider for the card payments and the monthly plan for your workspace.
The figures assume you carry all fees and every buyer pays the ticket price. Taxes on fees are not included unless the provider's rate says so.
