Your Role

As an Outbound Sales & Marketing Agent, you are responsible for actively acquiring new customers.
You identify potential clients, contact them directly, and bring them into the sales process.
You work independently and execute outreach and marketing strategies based on our guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Active customer acquisition via LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and other channels

  • Direct outreach to potential clients

  • Cold calling and follow-ups

  • Lead qualification and appointment setting

  • Presenting our solutions and services

  • Executing marketing and sales activities independently

  • Building and managing a consistent pipeline of new customers

Compensation Model

Fixed salary
Performance-based bonuses depending on results

This is a performance-oriented role with clear expectations in customer acquisition and outreach activities.
