Meet the KIMISUITE AI Assistant: Instant Answers, No More FAQ Digging

The KIMISUITE Help Center now includes a full AI assistant that answers any question about settings, features, billing, and integrations — instantly, in plain language, across every app in the ecosystem. Here is why we replaced the classic FAQ and what it means for you.

Meet the KIMISUITE AI Assistant: Instant Answers, No More FAQ Digging

Every SaaS team ships an FAQ page and quietly hopes nobody actually needs it.

The reason is simple: static FAQ pages are wrong the moment they are written. The product ships new features. A setting moves. An integration is added. The FAQ, meanwhile, is a snapshot of the state of the world on the day someone last had the time to update it — which is rarely.

For users, that means the honest answer to most support questions is not in the FAQ. It is somewhere in the app, buried in a settings screen that never got documented, or discoverable only by asking a human.

We decided to stop pretending. The KIMISUITE Help Center no longer has a classic FAQ. It has an AI assistant.

What the KIMISUITE AI Assistant actually does

Open the Help Center from any workspace in KIMISUITE and the first thing you see is a chat box. Type a question — in the language you already use the platform in — and the assistant answers. Immediately. With the specific setting name, the specific menu path, and the specific option you need.

Some examples of questions it handles out of the box:

  • "How do I invite my team?" — the assistant walks you through the exact steps, including the difference between an admin invite and a member invite, and where to change permissions afterwards.
  • "Where do I change my billing address?" — direct path, no digging through account tabs.
  • "How do I connect my calendar to the Video Meeting Hub?" — the assistant surfaces the integration flow and any required prerequisites (like OAuth consent on the calendar side).
  • "I cannot receive booking confirmations by email" — this is not a FAQ question. It is a troubleshooting flow. The assistant asks the follow-up questions a support agent would ask, and often solves the problem in the same chat.

The assistant knows the KIMISUITE platform end-to-end: the Booking Hub, Vehicle Hub, CRM Business Hub, Gastro POS, Service Manager, and every utility app on the platform. It does not send you to a different help site depending on which module you are in — it is one assistant for the whole ecosystem.

Why AI beats a static FAQ

There are three concrete reasons — one for each of the recurring failure modes of a traditional FAQ.

1. It answers the question you actually asked. FAQ pages force you to phrase your question the way the writer phrased theirs. If you search for "cannot log in" but the FAQ heading is "Login troubleshooting", you scroll. The assistant understands both phrasings — and 200 more.

2. It stays current. The assistant is grounded on the live KIMISUITE documentation and product state. When we ship a new feature or move a setting, the assistant knows the same day. There is no editorial backlog, no forgotten article, no "last updated 2023".

3. It scales with your question, not the writer's imagination. A good assistant can walk you through a five-step recovery flow just as easily as it can answer "what plan am I on". The classic FAQ is stuck at one paragraph per topic.

Six areas covered on day one

The Help Center is organized around the same six pillars users ask about most, and the assistant is fluent in all of them:

  • Getting Started — setting up your workspace, first login, inviting team members
  • Billing and Invoices — subscription changes, invoice history, payment methods, VAT handling
  • Account and Security — password reset, two-factor authentication, session management
  • Workspaces and Teams — roles, permissions, multi-workspace switching, ownership transfer
  • Troubleshooting — the "why does this not work" chats: email delivery, sync issues, integration errors
  • Apps and Features — how each KIMISUITE app is used, from the Booking Hub to the Gastro POS

Every one of these categories is still accessible as a browsable section if you want to explore. But most people, most of the time, will find it faster to just ask.

What this means for the KIMISUITE ecosystem

KIMISUITE is not a single product. It is a business platform where a hotel can run its bookings in the Booking Hub, its guest CRM in the CRM Business Hub, its restaurant POS in Gastro POS, and its team collaboration in the Video Meeting Hub — all with one login, one billing account, and one team.

A traditional support model would fragment across those products. Each app gets its own FAQ page, its own help articles, its own tone of voice, and the user is left figuring out which one to search.

The AI assistant is the deliberate opposite of that. One chat, one assistant, one memory of the whole platform. Whether your question is about a Booking Hub setting or a Gastro POS receipt template, the assistant understands the context of your workspace and answers accordingly.

That is the whole point of an ecosystem: the pieces should not just work together — they should be supported together.

How to access it

The AI Assistant is live in every KIMISUITE workspace right now. No opt-in, no beta flag, no separate subscription.

Open your workspace, click Help Center in the top-right menu, and the assistant is the first thing on the page. Ask anything.

If the assistant cannot answer a question — because it involves a decision only our team can make, like a billing exception or a custom integration — it hands off to a human without you having to start over. Your context, your workspace, your question: all preserved into the handoff.

The bigger picture

Support was the last part of the KIMISUITE platform we had not made AI-native. Every other layer — from AI Website Builder to the AI translation pipeline to the automation workflows in the CRM — has been built around the assumption that AI should do the mechanical work so that humans can do the interesting work.

The Help Center now follows that same principle. The mechanical work of "search the FAQ, read three articles, still not sure, open a ticket, wait three hours" is over. Ask the assistant. Get the answer. Move on.

The KIMISUITE AI Assistant is available now inside every workspace. If you have not opened the Help Center recently, this is a good moment to.
