Will I always get a rich snippet?

No — schema makes you eligible, not guaranteed. Google decides based on quality, content match and competition. But pages WITHOUT schema almost never get rich results, so it's a strict prerequisite.

Should I use FAQPage on every page?

Only on pages with real FAQ content. Stuffing fake FAQs onto pages just to get the rich result violates Google's guidelines and risks a manual penalty. Use it where genuine Q&A exists.
