New apps, refined workflows, and a better website-booking experience
May 2026 adds Task Hub as a new application, expands the Email Signature template library with usability improvements, and brings new features and booking-widget templates to Service Manager. Three apps your team probably uses every week — all moving forward in the same release.
Task Hub — boards, lists, cards (new app)
Task Hub is KIMISUITE's home for tasks, projects, and team coordination. Organize work on boards (one per project, team, or domain). Each board has lists (columns), and each list holds cards (individual tasks). Drag cards across lists as work moves forward, add the detail inside each card, assign teammates, set due dates.
What's specific to KIMISUITE Task Hub:
- Connected to the rest of your workspace. Tasks can reference clients from CRM Business Hub, bookings from Booking Hub or Service Manager, and invoices — no parallel data, no copy-paste between tools.
- Boards per team or per project, with role-based access. Marketing sees their board, Sales sees theirs, your tax advisor gets exactly one board and nothing else.
- Inline detail without opening modals on top of modals. Cards open in a side-panel so you keep your context.
- Workspace-priced. Adding the 12th teammate to Task Hub costs the same as adding the 2nd.
Email Signature — new templates and quality-of-life improvements
The Email Signature library now ships with new ready-made templates covering more layouts and use cases — vertical and horizontal, with or without photo, with or without disclaimer block, for legal/health/finance variants. Pick a template, brand it once, roll it out across every inbox in your team.
Improvements landed in May:
- Cleaner template browsing: previews are bigger and faster, switching between candidates is one click.
- Per-team-member overrides: each person can override their photo, phone, or job title within the same brand template, without breaking the shared layout.
- Better rendering across email clients: more attention to how Gmail, Outlook (desktop + Web), and Apple Mail render the same template — fewer surprises after rollout.
- One-click roll-out: when you update the master template, everyone's signature updates the next time they send an email. No "please update your signature" reminders in the team chat.
Service Manager — new features and new booking-widget templates
Service Manager continues to evolve as the appointment-scheduling and resource-management core of KIMISUITE. May 2026 brings two changes worth calling out.
New booking-widget templates for your website. The widget you embed on your business website now ships in additional designs — compact inline, expanded card, multi-step wizard — so you can match the booking flow to your site's existing visual language without custom CSS. Setup is unchanged: copy the embed snippet, paste it on your page, done.
More configuration depth in the booking flow. Service-specific intake fields, per-service buffer times, smarter conflict resolution when two team members have overlapping availability, and refined notification timing for confirmations and reminders.
What this means for your team
For most teams using KIMISUITE today, May 2026 is a "your existing stack works better" release rather than a "you have to learn something new" one. Task Hub adds a missing piece for project-style work, but the rest is refinement — fewer rough edges on tools you already rely on.
If you've been on the fence about consolidating tasks, signatures, or appointment-booking into KIMISUITE, this release closes some of the most common gaps that came up in customer conversations through the spring.
