KIMISUITE Product Update — June 2026

June 2026 brings two new apps to the KIMISUITE workspace — Meeting Hub for browser-based video meetings and Gastro POS Hub for the whole restaurant — plus a redesigned App Store flow for per-app subscriptions and an annual-billing option with a discount.

KIMISUITE Product Update — June 2026

Two new apps, a cleaner App Store, and annual billing with a discount

June 2026 is a meaningful step for KIMISUITE. Two new apps ship — Meeting Hub for video meetings and Gastro POS Hub for whole-restaurant operations — and the App Store flow that customers use to manage their own subscriptions gets cleaner. The same release introduces a yearly-billing option that lets customers lock in a discount instead of paying month-to-month.

Meeting Hub — browser-based video meetings (new app)

Meeting Hub is KIMISUITE's integrated video conferencing app. Start an instant meeting from your workspace, schedule one for later, or send a public link — your participants join straight in the browser. No download, no install, no separate account.

What's specific about Meeting Hub in KIMISUITE:

  • Inside the workspace, not next to it. Meetings are linked to clients, deals, projects, or appointments — the meeting recording, transcript and summary land on the related record automatically.
  • AI captions and AI summaries built in. Live captions during the call, automatic transcript afterwards, and a one-paragraph summary your team can scan in 30 seconds.
  • HD video, screen share, secure rooms. Encrypted, with waiting-room and host-controls.
  • Workspace-priced. No per-host or per-participant licensing. Add the 12th team member to Meeting Hub for the same price as the second.

Gastro POS Hub — the whole-restaurant platform (new app)

Gastro POS Hub is the new restaurant operations core inside KIMISUITE — point of sale, kitchen tickets, table mapping, inventory, deliveries, and reporting in one app for cafés, bars, fast-food spots and full-service venues.

Built for daily reality:

  • Floor plan and table service on tablets, with split checks and modifier handling.
  • Kitchen display system with Kanban workflow so the line knows exactly what's pending and what's served.
  • Inventory with automatic stock deduction as items leave the kitchen.
  • Deliveries and loyalty as first-class flows, not bolt-ons.
  • One reporting view that combines POS, room charges (when paired with Booking Hub) and walk-in receipts.

We covered the architecture and the why in Introducing Gastro POS HUB earlier this month. The June 2026 release is the first stable production version.

App Store — simpler per-app subscriptions

Subscribing to an individual app from the App Store used to take more clicks than it should. The redesigned flow puts the subscribe, plan switch, and cancel actions exactly where the customer expects them — on the app's tile, one click away, with the pricing summary visible before confirmation.

Concretely:

  • Per-app subscription on the app's card. No detour through a separate billing area to start using a new app.
  • Plan switching is one screen. Compare the current plan against the alternatives side by side, switch in place, billing pro-rates automatically.
  • Cancellation is honest. No friction-pattern modal — one click, confirmation, done. We'd rather you stay because the product works than because canceling is hard.

For most customers this is invisible until they actually need it. When they need it, it works the way they'd expect.

Annual billing — discount for customers who want to commit

For customers who already know KIMISUITE is part of their stack for the year, paying month-to-month has been the only option. From June onwards, the annual-billing option is available at checkout — pay for twelve months upfront and receive a discount that's larger than what a single skipped month would save you.

How it works:

  • Switch to annual at any time from the App Store or the workspace billing page.
  • Discount applies per-app and per-workspace member, so the saving scales with your stack.
  • Renewal is yearly; no auto-rebill surprises mid-month.

For seasonal businesses (hospitality, fitness, events), monthly is still the right choice. For year-round operations, annual is the saving.

What this means for your team

If you've been waiting for an integrated video tool inside KIMISUITE, that gap is now closed. If you run a restaurant or café, the dedicated POS layer is here. If you've wanted clearer subscription management, the App Store flow is shorter. And if you've been on month-to-month and would have committed to annual already, the option is now there with the discount you'd expect.
