A slide in Showroom TV does not have to point at a file. It can point at a query: which categories of the menu, which vehicles under which price, sorted how, limited to how many.
Menu slides read live from Restaurant Hub — the localised category, item, price and image tree your kitchen already maintains. Vehicle slides read live from Vehicle Hub — filtered by branch, price ceiling, sorting and count, with the photos in the order you set. A manual source covers businesses that run neither, and can be swapped for a live one later without rebuilding the screen.
The backend fetches on a schedule, normalises the result and renders it into the manifest that the player downloads, so the TV plays entirely from its own storage and never calls the source app. A content hash means an unchanged menu downloads nothing at all.
