Download the Showroom TV app from your dashboard, install it on the TV, and type the code it shows into your workspace. The app starts with the TV, plays in full screen and keeps playing when the internet drops. From then on the screen fetches its programme by itself.
Every screen sits in one list with its status, location, last sync and what it plays right now. The dashboard names the screens that need attention, so a TV that went dark does not stay unnoticed. From your desk you can resync a screen, restart the player or blank it for the night. Each location keeps its own time zone, so 07:00 always means 07:00 on site.

Send a resync, clear the cache, restart the player, or blank the screen after closing and wake it in the morning. The screen picks up the command within about a minute. Volume and mute are set per screen.
