Season passes and big on-sale days
Subscriptions, presales, VIP holds and a fair queue
A theatre with subscribers, a club with members, a stadium on the day tickets go on sale: they need more than a shop. Season passes keep the same seat for a holder on every date, and when the holder cannot come, the seat goes on sale for that date and the holder can get a credit. Presale channels open the sale early for members or partners with their own link and code.
On the big day, the waiting room lets buyers in fairly in waves, so the shop keeps running, and rotating QR codes make screenshots and forwarded tickets useless. Seats for sponsors, press and guests are held aside and can be bought only through a private link.
Key Benefits
Subscribers keep their seat: one season pass, the same seat on every date
Members first: presale channels with their own link and code
On-sale day without a crash: a fair queue lets buyers in in waves
No resold screenshots: QR codes that change every 15 seconds
A fair waiting room for on-sale days
A queue with a countdown, let in in waves
Switch the waiting room on for a date and set how many buyers may shop at once. Before the sale opens, buyers see a countdown; afterwards they see their place in the queue, and you watch waiting, buying and let-in numbers live.
Seat holds for VIPs, press and sponsors
Best seats aside, bought only by private link
Hold seats for a sponsor, the press or the cast: whole blocks, whole price categories or the best seats the app suggests. Each hold has a private link, so exactly that guest can buy or receive the seats.
Season passes with a fixed seat
One seat for every date, released when unused
Sell a season pass that keeps the same seat for every date of a season. The holder gets a ticket for each date, can release a date they cannot attend and gets a credit when the seat sells again, by the rule you choose.
Presales for members and partners
Their own link and code before the public sale
Set seats aside for members, partners or season holders and open the sale for them first. Only buyers with the channel link and code see those seats, and what is left goes back to the public sale when the channel closes.
Rotating QR codes
A screenshot gets nobody in
For events where tickets get resold or shared, switch on rotating QR codes. The code on the buyer's order page changes every 15 seconds, so a copy sent around does not work at the door.
Use Cases
The theatre subscription
Season holders keep seat 14 in row 3 for every play. When one cannot come, she releases the date and the seat sells to someone else.
Members' presale
For one week only members can buy, with a code from your newsletter. On Monday the rest goes on public sale automatically.
Tickets go on sale at ten
Thousands arrive at once. The waiting room shows a countdown, then lets buyers in in waves while the shop stays fast.
