  • Plan tier and extensions are managed in KIMISUITE, applied in Gastro POS Hub. You pick Business + Inventory PRO + WhatsApp Automation inside the KIMISUITE extensions page. The matching sidebar items, modules and permissions update in your Gastro POS Hub tenant on the next request. There's no admin UI inside Gastro POS Hub that lets you accidentally pay for the same thing twice — vendor billing pages are hidden by design because KIMISUITE owns the subscription.
  • Branch count is gated through extension purchase. Every plan ships with one branch. The Additional Branch extension lifts the cap to ten — buy it from KIMISUITE, the branch-add button lights up inside Gastro POS Hub.
  • Theme + branding match the rest of your workspace. Gastro POS Hub renders in light mode to match the KIMISUITE shell chrome it sits next to.
  • Email and password rotation. When a new restaurant is provisioned, a welcome email goes to the owner with their login URL and an auto-generated password. Returning shell users (provisioning their second restaurant) get a fresh password generated, with a note explaining it replaces any previous direct-login credential. Shell SSO continues to work unchanged.
  • Languages match the workspace. Provisioning carries the user's workspace language into the restaurant. The welcome email and the admin UI render in 14 supported locales, picked up automatically from the user's KIMISUITE preference.

Nothing about the data inside Gastro POS Hub (customers, orders, kitchen tickets, payments) is mirrored back to other KIMISUITE apps yet. Today the cross-app surface is the workspace itself: identity, billing, plan, branding.

AI that helps the head chef — not replaces them

AI Tools is bundled in the Enterprise plan and also purchasable as a €9/mo extension on Starter and Business. Two things it does well today:

Menu writer. Type a dish name and a few ingredients. The model drafts a customer-facing description in your restaurant's tone, in any of the supported languages. You edit, you publish — the model never writes to your live menu on its own.

Sales forecasting & prep planning. Based on your last 30 days of orders, day-of-week patterns and any reservations on the books, the model projects next week's covers and suggests prep quantities for high-velocity recipes. The forecast sits next to your stock levels, so the head chef can see whether to pre-prep or hold off.

Both features draw on the workspace's AI credit pool. When the pool is empty, the AI features pause with a clear message — the POS itself keeps working.
