Reservations & Waiter Requests
Customers book ahead. Waiters call colleagues with a button instead of shouting.
Reservations let customers book a table ahead — via the public reservation page, your website (via the Online Table Reservation extension widget) or by phone with the host entering it manually. Each booking is tied to a customer profile, accumulates loyalty when it converts, and shows on the floor plan as a reserved table at the booked time.
Waiter requests are the quiet partner of reservations. Tap a button on the floor tablet to call a colleague, request the shift lead, or signal "table 7 is ready to order". The right person's tablet vibrates with the request. No shouting across the floor, no waving from the back, no missed handovers. (Business plan and above.)
