Kanban Boards

Drag, drop, done. Boards that get out of the way.

The core of Task Hub. Each board is a stack of lists (columns) holding cards (tasks). Drag cards between lists as work moves forward, drag list headers to reorder columns, and pick personal or team ownership when you create a board.

Personal boards are private to you (and anyone you explicitly invite). Team boards inherit your workspace roles — every workspace member is implicitly a member. Star the boards you live on; the rest stay one tab away. Archive when you're done; archived boards stay recoverable. Delete only when you're certain.

Key Benefits

1

Drag-and-drop everywhere: cards between lists, list headers to reorder, cards within a list to re-prioritize.

2

Personal boards for solo work, team boards for everything else — clear ownership, clear visibility.

3

Archive boards instead of deleting; recoverable from the Archived tab.

4

Per-board limit only counts team boards — personal boards never count toward your plan quota.

Use Cases

Marketing teams

A "Marketing Q2" board with lists for *Ideas / In progress / In review / Published* keeps the whole campaign pipeline visible. Star the board so it stays at the top of every team member's home tab.

Engineering & product

Classic *Backlog / In progress / Code review / Done* with labels for Bug / Feature / Chore. Saved views surface "My open work" and "This sprint" without changing the underlying board.

Operations

Anyone moving work through stages — onboarding new staff, opening new locations, processing complex orders — gets a board that mirrors the workflow exactly.
