AI: Suggest Next Action & Brain Dump

AI that drafts and proposes — you still click

Two practical AI features live inside Task Hub on the Enterprise plan.

Suggest next action. Inside any card, click the AI button. The model reads the description, comments, dates, assignees, attachment filenames and the live data of any cross-app links, and returns a rationale plus one-click action buttons — *Move to list X*, *Add label Y*, *Set due date Z*, *Add checklist item …*. Nothing changes server-side until you click an action.

Brain Dump → Cards. Open the ✨ dialog from the board header. Paste meeting notes, an email thread or a brain-dump. The model proposes a structured list of cards — title, target list, suggested labels — for you to preview, edit and confirm. Each Extract call is one LLM call charged to the workspace's AI credit pool. When the pool is empty, the feature pauses with a clear message and the board itself is unaffected.

Key Benefits

1

AI always proposes, never decides — every action requires your click before it runs.

2

Suggestions are persisted on the card so re-opening the modal shows the most recent run without burning another LLM call.

3

Brain Dump's preview lets you edit titles, change target lists, deselect cards and tweak labels before anything is saved.

4

Workspace-level AI credit pool with clear out-of-credit messaging — no surprise charges, no hidden background calls.

Use Cases

Stuck card

A card sits in *Doing* for two weeks with confused comments. Click Suggest next action — the model points out the missing acceptance criteria and proposes *Add checklist item: define acceptance criteria*, *Set due date +3d*, *Assign to product owner*.

After a planning call

Paste the meeting transcript into Brain Dump. The model proposes 12 cards across your existing lists, with labels for *Frontend / Backend / Design*. Deselect three duplicates, edit two titles, confirm — the keeps land in their lists immediately.

Inbox triage

Paste a thread of client emails into Brain Dump. The model picks up the imperative requests ("send the contract", "follow up with Sarah") and turns them into cards in your *Follow-up* list.
