This Meeting Effectiveness Score asks you to rate 8 dimensions on a 1–5 scale: agenda discipline, attendee contribution, decisions documented, ending on time, action items produced, async alternative possibility, right attendees, and information gained. The tool produces a 0–100 score, a verdict (excellent / solid / borderline / cancel), and a specific next-action plan.
